Tip #1: Begin with an email template

Tip #2: Include branding in your messages
Your brand is what people say it is—not what you say it is. It’s your business’ reputation. With a strong brand, people will have a positive perception about who you are, and will buy from you more confidently. By actively building your brand identity, you can help influence that positive perception.
One of the more effective ways to influence how buyers perceive your brand is with relevant Buyer-Seller messages. You probably already know to ensure your message always references the product the buyer purchased. But you should also include visuals! Graphics are the fastest way to communicate your branding.
