Feedback Genius has released several major updates to its user interface with new features in its products, messages, and reviews tables. Learn about how these new features and updates improve the workflow for Amazon sellers.
Amazon’s Buyer-Seller Messaging continues to be a fundamental method for sellers to connect with their buyers. A connection with a buyer could be any number of things: a thank you message, sending a user guide, asking for a product review or seller feedback request. And to help sellers get the most from their messages we’ve added 4 new features in Feedback Genius.
New Feature #1: Products Table
The Products Table has been revamped and improved to help sellers connect their product reviews to their products. Previously when sellers connected Feedback Genius to Seller Central, only their US marketplace products would sync. Also, the sync had to be initiated manually and only 250 products could be added.
Now every product from each supported marketplace will automatically sync to Feedback Genius. Sellers now have more control over their short naming scheme they use to identify products. They can also assign short names for further organization. Short names are typically abbreviated names used by an organization internally to describe a product versus what the title of the product is on Amazon.
The new search bar lets sellers find and filter their products a couple of ways. Either by searching by name, ASIN, MSKU or SKU or filtering by the marketplace. This new functionality gives sellers a simple way to monitor their product reviews, and it empowers them to make informed product optimization decisions.
New Feature #2: Messages Table
The Messages tab in Feedback Genius is the Amazon seller’s home base for all-things Buyer-Seller Messaging. This is the command center for sellers to see which messages are being sent for each product in their catalog.
And if you’re like the majority of sellers, you probably sell more than one product in more than one marketplace. Your messages can quickly become lost in a sea of emails if there isn’t any organization. Luckily Feedback Genius lets you filter your messages based on tags, status and marketplace.
And if tagging and filtering isn’t your thing, you can search for a message using a title, tag, SKU or ASIN. What’s more, you can sort through messages in the table based on the title, last updated, marketplace, trigger, open rate and status. Sellers can also edit a message and see its analytics, as well as change its filters all from the Messages Table.
New Feature #3: Product Reviews Table
Product reviews are as relevant today as they were 10 years ago. That’s because shoppers still rely on other people’s opinions in order to make informed purchasing decisions. Did you know 50% of sellers don’t realize they can ask buyers to leave a product review? It’s true, you can, and should ask for reviews. The Product Reviews Table is an easy way to help you keep a close eye on what buyers are saying about your products.
From the Product Reviews Table, you can browse or search for products and then view the reviews. Alternatively, you can filter all of your reviews by star rating—one to five stars—as well as by status and time period.
The status filtering functionality is important for keeping your workflow organized because you can see new, responded to and resolved reviews. This functionality was designed to keep you focused on the task at hand without getting bogged down in unnecessary data.
The default view for product reviews is the last 30 days. But you can expand or shrink your time window as short as yesterday or to when you first connected Feedback Genius to Seller Central. This functionality allows you to zero in on a specific time, which can help you identify trends based on product batches and seasonality.
Feature #4: Support for high-volume sellers
Support for high-volume sellers is more of a function than a feature, but it’s still a crucial part of what makes Feedback Genius a necessary Amazon sellers’ tool. Unlike most other Buyer-Seller Messaging tools available, Feedback Genius has the ability to send 60,000 and more emails for an account per month. That’s at least 2,000 orders per day. What’s more, Feedback Genius can send upwards of one million messages per day, and it’s able to accommodate high-volume brands.
This is a huge benefit for high-volume sellers who are trying to get as much seller feedback and product reviews as possible. By not being able to message every person who buys from you, you’ll be missing out on thousands of opportunities to help your buyers every day.
Amazon’s Buyer-Seller Messaging is as useful in 2019 as it was five years ago. Following up with your Amazon buyers continues to be a fundamental function of selling online.
