It is now against Amazon’s terms of service to provide a free or discounted product in exchange for a review unless you are using their Vine program.

However, you can still use Feedback Genius in conjunction with promotions to enhance your customer service, which increases you chances of getting positive reviews and feedback. Specifically, you can trigger messages to send if your customer used a promo code to purchase your item by enabling a filter “Discount was applied to item.” The video above walks you through exactly how to accomplish this.
