Thanks to the excellent feedback we’ve received from early users of FeedbackGenius.com, we’ve been busy at work adding some great new features. The most notable changes include:
Logos in Messages
Our most requested feature has been the ability to add your company logo to messages. This will help to reinforce your brand name and image to buyers (and hopefully encourage them to become repeat-buyers). In addition to reinforcing your brand, it also gives us data to tell you how many buyers are opening and reading your messages. Our next round of changes add some analytics, but the data is already being gathered.
Seller Central Integration
The ability to integrate with a limited Seller Central account allows us to obtain more detailed information about feedback and orders. Once enabled, we can find tracking numbers for merchant-fulfilled orders, allowing the service to send day-of-delivery emails for all orders regardless of fulfillment channel
With the Seller Central integration, we can also get more detail on the positive feedback that has been left for you. This functionality powers a new message filter that can be enabled to prevent emails being sent to buyers who have already left feedback
Additional Message Filters
A new messages filter is available for shipping country so that you can send messages only to buyers in or outside of a certain country. For example, you can configure a message to be sent only to international buyers, or even to buyers in specific countries
An additional filter is now available for orders that have been delivered in a certain number of days. For example, you can now configure a message that asks buyers to leave feedback which will only be sent to orders that were delivered within five days.
We’ve also added a more flexible SKU selection filter so that messages will only be sent to orders that had something specific in the SKU. This can match virtually any kind of pattern that you can imagine, to give you fine-grained control over which messages are sent for each order
If your emails have just been being sent automatically and you haven’t visited the website in a while, you’ll also notice a new, cleaner look throughout the site
