We’ve added a lot of new features to Feedback Genius over the years, and our the Negative Seller Feedback Auto-Blacklist is one of our favorite additions! Instead of manually adding customers who have left you negative seller feedback to your blacklist, Feedback Genius can do it for you! This will enable you to have greater control over who receives your messages based off their feedback.
The email blacklist exists within Feedback Genius to allow you to further manage who receives your messages. If you don’t want a customer to receive your messages from Feedback Genius, you can add them to your email blacklist. We usually recommend you add customers to your blacklist if you are in direct communication with them regarding their order, they have had a negative experience in the past, or for whatever reason you find necessary. Now, Feedback Genius will automatically add customers who leave a 3 star or less seller rating on your account to your email blacklist. The idea here is to prevent any potential negative experiences between you and that customer in the future.
How Do I Access and Use It?
Enabling the Auto-Blacklist feature is as easy as flipping a switch! To access the auto-blacklist feature, please navigate to your account settings found in the upper right hand corner of your account.
From here, scroll down towards the bottom of the settings page to the “Negative Feedback Auto Blacklist” section, where you will be presented with the option to enable this feature.
Simply click on the drop down menu and select “On” then click “Done” at the bottom of the page to save your changes. Now, when a customer leaves you a neutral or negative seller feedback, they will automatically be added to your email blacklist on Feedback Genius.
When you view your email blacklist, you will notice these entries as “Auto Negative FB” under the Source section.
Please keep in mind that this feature is available on the Small Monthly Plan and above. On the Small Plan, you are also able to be notified of negative seller feedback as well in order to promptly follow up with a customer who might have had a bad experience. For more information about negative feedback notifications, please see this article here.
As with all Feedback Genius features, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with any additional questions or concerns!
