Today I was informed by Amazon that I wasn’t the lowest seller on my own branded listing. Other sellers are posting similar product and claiming it’s a Sapone Soap Mold. This is a clear violation.
This is why you need to file for a trademark for your brand because if you develop a successful brand and listing on Amazon, others will try to sell the same item. A trademark gives you the monopoly to sell under that name.
I took action by email Amazon Seller Support. The Amazon support emailed me back and sent him to form to fill out: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/reports/infringement
I’m now waiting to see if if they accept the claim and how quickly they take action.
