What is the feature?
The Minimum Condition filter allows you to specify the condition acceptable for your product before your message can send. In Feedback Genius, the default Minimum Condition is set to “New,” so only products with a condition of “New” on Amazon will receive your message. However, with a little bit of customization, Feedback Genius can also capture any used or special conditions on Amazon as well.
Why would I use this feature?
If you sell any used or collectible products on Amazon, you will want to take advantage of this filter!
This filter is useful if you sell a range of products with varying conditions. This feature can be used to send certain messages to your new products, and a separate message to capture all your used or collectible products. If you only want to send messages to orders of products with a minimum condition of “Used – Like New” and exclude all lower conditions such as “Good” and “Acceptable” this feature can do that. For example, if you sell any used items, you may not want to send a product review request to someone who ordered a used item, so you could set up a product review request message that will only send to orders of products with a minimum condition of “New.”
How do I access and use it?
To access this filter select the message you would like to edit and click on the Navicon menu to the right to edit the filters of your message.
Here, under the “Filters” tab, you can edit the Minimum Condition filter under “Show Advanced Filters.”
From the drop down menu you can choose the Minimum Condition you would like this message to target.
Feedback Genius automatically targets orders with a minimum condition of “New,” however you can choose to include any condition ranging from “Used – Acceptable”, all the way up to “Used- Like New”. If you sell both used and new products on Amazon, and you want your message to target all orders containing those conditions, you would set the Minimum Condition to “Used – Acceptable.” This essentially captures all orders of any used condition, including your products labeled as “New” on Amazon.
If you happen to sell anything on Amazon that does not fall easily into the “Used” vs. “New” parameter, you will want to select the Minimum Condition of “N/A”. This will target all conditions on Amazon, including “Used” and “New”, plus some more unique conditions such as refurbished, collectible, and so on.
Once you have configured the Minimum Condition filter, click on “Done” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
As with all Feedback Genius features, please feel free to contact our customer support team at email@example.com if you have additional questions or concerns. Thank you!
