The 5 Levels of AI Automation
Most Amazon sellers are stuck at Level 1. This course takes you to Levels 2, 3, and 4. Here is what each level looks like:

| 1 | Chatbot | You ask, it answers. One question, one reply. No memory, no action. Think ChatGPT in a basic conversation. |
| 2 | Assistant with Tools | The AI can use tools — read files, run code, look up data. Still responds to you directly, but now it can do things, not just talk. |
| 3 | Single Agent | The AI gets a goal and figures out the steps on its own. You say “research this and write a summary” — it plans, acts, and delivers without hand-holding. |
| 4 | Multi-Agent Pipeline | Multiple AI agents work in sequence, each handling a piece of a larger task. Like a relay race — one fetches data, another analyzes, another formats and sends. |
| 5 | Autonomous Agent Network | Agents work in parallel, coordinate, and self-correct. Minimal human input. AI starts running entire workflows on its own. |

Course 1: From Chatbot to Agent
Level 1 → Level 2
Set up Claude Code in VS Code, give AI a permanent brain about your Amazon business with CLAUDE.md and MEMORY.md, organize your files so Claude can work on them directly, and learn to use plan mode before execution. No coding required.
You will walk away with: A working AI workspace configured for your Amazon business — VS Code, Claude Code, your own CLAUDE.md, and a GitHub backup.
Course 2: From Agent to Automation System
Level 2 → Levels 3 and 4
Connect Claude to live Amazon data via MCP, set up scheduled AI agents that run without you, chain multi-step workflows, and deploy your first fully automated business task. Prerequisites: complete Course 1 first.
You will walk away with: At least one automated workflow running on a schedule — PPC digest, inventory alert, or listing audit — fully hands-off.
