How do I make my messages Active?

From the Custom Messages page, under Feedback Genius in the hamburger menu in the top left corner, find the message you want to activate. Where you see the name of that message, navigate to the “Status” column. 

To set your message to “Active”, click on the dropdown and select “Active”.

Messages should begin sending to your customers within 24 hours of you setting the message to “Active”.
