Data Hub Data Dictionary

Last updated:

The Data Dictionary is the complete reference for everything stored in your Data Hub — every table, every column, its data type, where the data comes from, how often it updates, and sample values.

What You’ll Find There

The Dictionary covers more than 50 tables, grouped into six sections:

  • Marketplace Data — venues, listings, orders, order items, settlements, and transactions
  • Amazon-Specific Data — FBA inventory and planning, inventory ledger, reimbursements, storage and removal fees, fee previews, returns, sales rank, business reports, and Search Query Performance
  • Advertising Data — campaigns, ad groups, product ads, keywords, search terms, targeting, portfolios, and purchased-product reports
  • Other Reports — hourly advertising traffic and conversions, product reviews, and seller feedback
  • Seller Labs Custom Tables — pre-built daily profit, ad, and transaction pivots we calculate for you
  • Deprecated — tables that are no longer maintained. Don’t build new reports on these.

We add data points regularly, so the Dictionary is the source of truth — not any list reproduced elsewhere. Let us know if there’s something you’d like to see that isn’t there yet.

Two Columns Worth Understanding

Update Frequency

How often Seller Labs refreshes that table — daily, several times a day, or real-time.

Typical Amazon Lag

How far behind Amazon’s own data tends to be when it reaches us. This is the column that tells you when a number is actually usable.

💡 Pro Tip: Update Frequency is not the same as data freshness. A table can refresh hourly and still be reporting on activity from two days ago, because that’s when Amazon published it. Always read both columns together.

Time Zone

All timestamps are in UTC unless the Dictionary specifically notes otherwise.

The AI Query Builder inside Profit Genius lets you explore the same tables in plain English, and the Amazon MCP Server connects your Data Hub directly to Claude.
