If your message appears as βSentβ in Feedback Genius but doesn’t show up in Amazon Seller Central, itβs likely due to one of the following:

A corrupted or oversized attachment, especially a PDF

An unauthorized βSending Emailβ address that isn’t approved in Seller Central

π Part 1: Fixing Attachment Issues
β οΈ Problem
Amazon may block messages with corrupted attachmentsβeven if Feedback Genius displays them as βSent.β This happens silently, meaning there are no visible errors unless you investigate manually.
π How to Confirm
Send a test message to yourself:

If the message fails to deliver, or
-
You cannot open/download the attachment
Then the file is likely corrupt or incompatible.
π How to Fix

Navigate to Review and Edit Message in Feedback Genius.

Scroll to the Attachments section (under the text editor).
-
Click the trash can icon to remove the attachment.

Click Save & Send Test or Save & Complete.
-
Re-upload the attachment (ideally an optimized version).

Monitor the message in your Sent Messages tab in Seller Central.

If your Sending Email in Feedback Genius does not match an Amazon-approved Alternate Address, Amazon may prevent your message from appearingβeven if itβs technically delivered.

Each Amazon marketplace (e.g., US, UK, CA) may have its own list of approved Alternate Addresses.

The βSending Emailβ is not shown to buyersβAmazon masks it with your store name and a cryptic email (e.g.,
asdfghjklmqwertyuip@marketplace.amazon.com).

Log in to Seller Central, go to the Messages tab.

From the Links section on the right, click Messaging Permissions.

Verify or add your βSending Emailβ under Alternate Addresses for each marketplace.

Find the relevant message and click the pencil icon in the βSending Emailβ column.
