If you are using our email variable links, be aware that Seller Central will typically strip the links and images out of the messages when displayed in Seller Central’s Buyer/Seller Messenger.
The messages do, in-fact, have working links when sent to your customers. However, this may not be the case for URLs other than what is specified on the email variables list.
You can see a much closer approximation of the customer-facing email with working links and images on your Sent Messages page under Feedback Genius in the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
