Amazon limits sellers to one Buyer-Seller message per order, regardless of how many products are in that order. To stay compliant with Amazon’s Communication Guidelines, Feedback Genius sends a single Custom Message per order — even when the buyer purchased multiple of your products in the same order.
When that happens, Feedback Genius picks one of the products on the order and sends the message that matches it (either your general template or a product-specific template if one is configured for that ASIN/SKU).
If you use product-specific templates and want consistent messaging across multi-product orders, configure a general template as a fallback so every buyer receives a polished message regardless of which product gets picked.
