Beyond helping you automate buyer-seller messaging on Amazon, did you know that Feedback Genius will alert you to negative feedback and product reviews?

It’s true.

These text or email notifications allow you to respond to negative feedback or product reviews quickly and effectively—so you can eliminate an escalation and protect your hard-earned reputation.

How Seller Feedback and Product Review Notifications Work

Whenever an Amazon shopper leaves negative/neutral seller feedback or a product review, Feedback Genius will send an email or text message notification.

Within the notification, you can reply to the buyer using the “From the buyer” feature to respond directly to their feedback using your preferred email client—whether that be Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or whatever you use—reducing your administration time significantly.

To opt-in to these notifications, click your email address in the upper right-hand corner toolbar of Feedback Genius, and select “Settings” from the drop-down menu (make sure you’re logged in).

From the “Negative Feedback Notifications” field, you’ll be able to add your email address or cell phone number. By default, these notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your Feedback Genius account.

Technical note: If you turn on product notifications—but don’t turn on product reviews—you won’t get notifications.

Negative Feedback Notifications

Product Review Notifications

Every Feedback Genius account comes with two product review notification allocations, but you can upgrade your account to get more. This means that you’ll get either an email or text message whenever somebody has left you a negative or neutral product review on your tracked products.

Why do you need this?

Because, as you know, determining your optimal product-market fit takes lots of time and feedback. Besides, if you’re like most sellers, you want to know what shoppers are saying about your products. This will also expedite your customer service response time, which could save you from getting a negative review altogether.

Best of all, product review notifications eliminate the hassle of refreshing your detail page and Seller Central account to see if you’ve received any new product reviews. How convenient is that?

Need More?

If you’re looking to grow your brand and build your reputation on Amazon, then Feedback Genius is the right tool to accomplish your goals.

It’s used by thousands of sellers and it’s the most reliable and trusted tool in the industry to improve Amazon seller feedback and to grow product reviews.
