- Once you have decided to move forward with Seller Labs and created an account, we will schedule a handoff meeting between Marketing and Sales, and the Product Team. From there, the Product Team will take responsibility for the relationship and become the point of contact. This will include weekly or bi-monthly Zoom calls to address agency concerns, implement processes, get feedback from you as the agency customer, and ensure your utmost satisfaction with the product. Once you have been fully onboarded, processes have been implemented, and you are seeing tangible results in your agency, the Product Team will introduce the Customer Success team as a point of contact, and they will assume responsibility for further questions or concerns.
Can agencies manage multiple client accounts from a single dashboard?
- Yes. Multiple agencies can be managed through a drop-down in the top right-hand corner of your website.
How is the performance of advertising campaigns tracked and reported?
- To help us with that, performance and advertising campaigns are available inside our dashboard including things like the wasted ad spend.
