FeedbackGenius.com provides a powerful way to send automated messages to buyers. However, there are sometimes that you’d like to prevent buyers from receiving those automated messages. For instance, if they have emailed your customer support and are dissatisfied about something, you may want to prevent the automated messages from being sent to them
Feedback Genius has always had a blacklist feature, but you’ve had to log in to the site and manually enter an Order ID or buyer email address to add users to the blacklist. Thanks to customer suggestions, we’ve just added a much easier way to add users to the blacklist via email. You can simply BCC (Blind Carbon-Copy) a special @feedbackgenius.com email address when replying to your buyer, and that will prevent your automated messages at FeedbackGenius.com from being delivered to that buyer.
