What is the feature?
Using the Delivered Within filter in Feedback Genius is an option that allows you to only send a message if a customer’s order is delivered within a certain amount of days.
What would I use this feature for?
The Delivered Within filter is for specifying “only send this template to an order if it was delivered within X amount of days.” For example, if you choose “Delivered Within: 7 days”, then the template will only send to an order if it was “delivered within” 7 days.
This is useful for automatically excluding orders that took a certain amount of time to deliver, which could save you from receiving a potential negative feedback due to a late order.
This could also be used for having a special message that gets sent to customers who have their order delivered quickly. For example, choosing “Delivered Within: 2 days” for a template would effectively only send the message if the customer’s order was delivered within 2 days of them placing the order. The template could then have specific content in regards to the early shipment.
How do I access and use it?
From the Filters tab of each of your messages, there is an option for Delivered Within near the bottom of the screen.
