What is the feature?
Message tags allow you to sort your messages to best fit your needs.
What would I use this feature for?
Tags can be used for sorting messages by any organization you would like. Tags essentially work as message folders. You could use them to organize messages by type, such as messages for a particular ASIN, marketplace, topic, etc.
How do I access and use it?
Tags can be found from the Messages tab of your account. Using the Navicon Options menu, you can click on “Edit tags” to modify the tags for a specific template.
Enter in the name of your tag and click “Save”. If you have multiple tags you would like to enter for the message, you can separate each tag by using a comma. Click “Save” when you are done.
The new tags will appear on the left hand side, where you can view the message(s) that belong to each tag.
Clicking on each tag from the left hand side menu will reveal each message in the folder.
A message can belong to multiple tags. You can rename a tag, or delete it at anytime.
